What Are Your Lawyers’ Fees Based On?
Lawyers’ fees are mostly based on experience and time spent to resolve your matter. There are also other factors that come into play, such as the importance of issues, the amount involved, the complexity of the proceeding, and the results achieved. We accept the following methods of payment: cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, money orders, and bank drafts. We believe in providing quality legal service by completing tasks in manageable steps in order to adjust with your schedule and work with your budget.
How Do You Bill?
Some type of work, like real estate, purchases and sales, tend to be charged on a flat rate. Others are billed hourly. Please consult us for your specific needs.
